"Not only are the clothes chic"
Not only are the clothes chic, they are great quality and fairly priced! On top of that, the customer service is outstanding.. timely responses, courteous, and extremely helpful. Whenever I’ve had any issues, they’ve always made it right! I tell everyone about Vici!

"The customer service is amazing"
The customer service is amazing. I accidently got shipped the wrong item and Jenna was amazing and so helpful. I love that you respond to my email within 24 hours. I received a gift card and can't wait to go shopping again! The stellar customer service is what makes me loyal to this company...along with the cute clothes. :)
